How do I make bookings?

You can make all your bookings via the Famly App.

How do I pay?

You can make all payments via the Famly app, we highly encourage you to add your card details for automatic payments to be paid on the 28th of the month with any outstanding balance to be taken.

Why can't I make bookings for tomorrow?

In a bid to manage our staffing effectively we have turned off the ability to book for the next weekday after 5:30pm.

Will I be charged any extra fees?

If you need to book your child in for before or after school club on the day, or after 5:50pm the previous day, then you will be charged a £5 late booking fee.

If your child can no longer attend for whatever reason, you MUST mark them as absent OR let a member of staff know, either the office by calling 01217525969 OR by contacting the club manager.

Please note that this is not a cancellation, and you will still be charged.

Will I be charged if I'm late picking up my child/ren?

If you let the club manager know before 6'o clock, then the first 5 minutes will be free. Any minute after this you will be charged £2 per minute. If you do not let the club manager know then you will be charged £2 per minute from 6'o clock.

How do I contact the club managers?

Please do not contact the office for late pick ups. You must contact the club your child is attending directly.

I would like to book the Dudley Zoo Pass. What do I do?

To use our Dudley Zoo Pass you MUST be using one of our services. If you are not a service user your booking will be cancelled. You can book the pass two times a year.

What support is there for me? I am struggling with childcare costs.

We accept childcare vouchers, support from your place of education, tax free childcare, tax credit and universal credit.
