Free Breakfast Clubs are coming to Sandwell!
From September 2026, a number of Sandwell schools will be offering free breakfast club places as part of the national rollout.
This page explains what it is, who it’s for, and how to register.
What is a Free Breakfast Club?
A breakfast club is a supervised session before school starts where children can:
have a simple breakfast
settle into the day in a calm routine
spend time with friends before lessons
If your child’s school is included, the breakfast club place will be free.

Our Free Breakfast Club offer will be taking pace at:
Victoria Park Primary School
Temple Meadow Primary School
Tividale Community Primary School
Rood End Primary School
St Martin’s Primary School
Is it really free?
Yes - for participating schools listed above, the breakfast club offer is free as part of the programme. The clubs will start half an hour before school starts. There will be an option for an earlier start at a cost.
When does it run?
Breakfast club runs before the school day begins, on school days.
The clubs will start half an hour before school starts - once you register, you’ll receive the details for your child’s school.
What breakfast is provided?
Breakfast is child-friendly. This may include:
- cereal or porridge
- toast
- fruit
- water or milk
You will be asked about allergies and dietary needs during registration.
