Welcome to Saturdays 4 U, a vibrant, inclusive weekend club designed specifically for children and young people with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities). With engaging activities, a warm environment, and expert staff, we ensure every child has a safe space to grow, learn, and have fun.

Our Programmes

We run a variety of clubs based on age and interests, each carefully designed to be sensory-friendly and supportive:

Adventure Through the Enchanted World (Ages 4–11)

A 12-week journey through magical worlds like dinosaur valleys, superhero cities, and mystical castles, encouraging imagination, creativity, and social interaction.

Sensory Time Travel

(Ages 10–18)

A calming, immersive sensory experience featuring themed sessions such as underwater adventures and galaxy exploration. Perfect for children who benefit from low-stimulation, structured activities.

Life Skills

(Ages 12–18)

Develop practical skills and confidence through hands-on experiences like cooking, budgeting, and teamwork. Ends with a celebration of achievements.

ASC Life Skills Programme

(Ages 12–18, 24-week programme)

Targeted at young people with Autism Spectrum Condition. Builds communication, emotional regulation, travel training, and more in a structured, sensory-aware environment.

What is a Short Break?

Short Breaks provide children and young people with SEND fun, social opportunities while giving parents and carers valuable respite.

Is one-to-one support available?

Yes, we offer both one-to-one and small group settings depending on your child’s needs.

What activities are included?

Activities include sensory play, arts & crafts, music, life skills, movement, and more – all designed with SEND needs in mind.

How do you ensure safety?

All staff are DBS-checked and trained in SEND care, including first aid, safeguarding, and medication administration.

Do you provide food?

Yes – healthy snacks are provided. Please let us know of any allergies or dietary requirements.
