Please note YOU MUST be an active service user at 4 Community Trust.

If you have made a booking within the last two months, any extra bookings will be cancelled without notification.

You are required to pick up the pass and return it to the office in Oldbury ON THE SAME DAY!

You are required to take a letter with ALL participants' names which can be picked up from the office AND adults MUST take I.D!

*Please note that the time slot isn't an indicator of what time you need to be there; it is just how the calendar is set up!
