As a Community Interest Company, we’re a social enterprise that looks to use our assets for the public good. We achieve this by providing support and activities in schools and with the local community. As an organisation we:
Help parents with ‘wrap around childcare’, breakfast and after-school clubs as well as holiday camps.
Help schools by delivering curriculum enrichment, improve the standards of PE lessons, offer PPA cover including lunchtime clubs and lunchtime play-leaders, run breakfast and after school clubs as well as Sports and Activity Days.
Finally we help parents and adults by running a range of training courses and apprenticeships that are free and enable adults and children aged 14 to 19 years to enter work.
Each member of our staff has a fully-enhanced DBS, safeguarding children certificate and have undergone criminal record checks. Additionally, all our clubs and camps are registered with OFSTED, which regulates childcare.
Our food handlers have a minimum Level 2 in basic Food Hygiene certificates, ensuring clean and nutritious food is provided whilst our sports coaches have current Emergency First Aid and Paediatric First Aid certificates.
